For the prevention of anemia…

♻️ Patients with anemia should consume special dietary foods. It’s nice to know about some of them.

🔰 Chicken and vegetable salad
Soft, skinless areas of boiled chicken are obtained. Cucumbers are cut into straws, tomatoes are cut into rings, onions and greens are finely chopped. Once the finished product is well mixed, pour a little cream on top. This salad is rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates.

🔰 Sour cream
Finely chop the washed herbs, chives, cilantro, basil, green onions and radishes, chop the cucumber. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.

🔰 Sugar beet salad
After cleaning the sugar beets in boiling water, cut them into cubes and put in a bowl. Stir in a small amount of sour cream and eat.

🔰 Boiled pumpkin
Pumpkin with orange color, sweet taste is boiled in water. When cooked, remove and cool. Then the small cube shakoila is cut. Sprinkle with sugar, pour a little sour cream and eat before meals.

📚 Abu Ali ibn Sina prepared a decoction of spinach in the treatment of anemia and drank it to a patient with anemia. One tablespoon of spinach is boiled in a glass of water for ten minutes. Infuse for an hour. Then swim in the gauze and drink half a cup 3 times a day.

🔰 Apples are rich in iron
Therefore, doctors advised the anemic patient to eat an apple and drink its juice.

🔰 Quince fruit is also rich in iron
Take equal amounts of its leaves and bark, boil it in a little water, then strain it through a sieve. Drinking the infusion is a cure for anemia.

🔰 Apricots or dried apricots
This product plays an important role in the treatment of anemia. Ancient physicians advised patients with anemia to eat more apricots and drink sorrel in water.

🔰 Red carrots
Eating red carrots raw and then adding a little sour cream is very beneficial for anemic patients.

🔰 Namatak tincture
Infusions made from namatak fruit are widely used in folk medicine for the treatment of anemia. This tincture is high in vitamin C, which helps in the absorption of iron in food.

🔅 Its dried fruits are used to make namatak tincture. A tablespoon of fruit is poured into a glass of water and boil for 10 minutes on low heat. It is then infused for half an hour and drunk before meals.

🔰 Radish
After rubbing the radish well, pass it through a grater and squeeze the juice in a wrapper. Drink this juice 3-4 times a day before meals for two or three tablespoons.

💭 Patients with anemia should consult a physician frequently about medication and dietary intake.
