SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

New Year's Eve, joy, watching and welcoming guests. These concerns affect mothers of young children, albeit to a lesser extent. Because of anxiety, she may not be able to breastfeed on time. As a result, milk production decreases during this period. In addition, as a result of a decrease in vitamins in the body during the winter months, the mother's milk production decreases slightly. This disease is called hypogalactia in medical language.
Factors contributing to the decrease in breast milk:
When the breastfeeding regime is violated;
When the baby's mammary glands are not completely emptied;
When the child is not breastfed in the evening;
When the number of breastfeeding decreases sharply;
When the mother is tired;
When the mother is not getting enough sleep;
In stresses;
In various concomitant diseases of the mother.
What to do?
Don't be immediately upset if your milk supply is low or your baby is crying. Do not immediately inject any mixture into the child. This may be temporary. Lactational crises are also common in the mother during lactation. Simply put, a mother's milk supply decreases over time. This condition is diagnosed at 3-6 weeks, 3-7 and 7-8 months after birth. The duration of this period varies. It lasts 3-4 days at most. If you are nervous, this will prolong the period.
Tips for mothers:
If the baby is not satisfied with your milk, try to breastfeed more, even if there is not enough milk. Be sure to breastfeed your baby, especially at night. This promotes the production of hormones that positively affect milk production;
The mother should get enough rest;
The mother should eat on time;
Under the supervision of a doctor, various physiotherapeutic treatments are prescribed: ultrasound, UFO, laser therapy, breast massage.
The mother's diet should include enough calcium and phosphorus, fish and beef, and eggs.
