New Year's salads

In our country, especially on happy days, holidays salads for the new year I offer you the recipe. On New Year's Eve, treat your guests to not only the traditional olive salad, but also other salads. These salads will surely please everyone.
1. Cucumber salad.
Preparation: Take a medium-thick cucumber, cut it into straws (slightly thicker than carrots for soup) and top with straw (slightly thinner than cucumbers) with fried meat and fried potatoes (potatoes are like cucumbers) and Add a pinch of carrots, salt to taste, a little pepper, pepper and a little vinegar to give the salad a reddish color. Add a little vinegar and mix carefully using a large fork. Put on plates, sprinkle with chopped shivit greens and serve.
2. Mexican salad.
Required products:
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Roast chicken - 200 gr.
  • Cooked rice - 100 gr.
  • Canned beans - 100 g.
  • Canned oats - 100 gr.
  • Greens.
  • Mayonnaise - 250 gr.
Preparation:
The chicken is cut into rectangles and the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces, and the greens are finely chopped and the prepared products are mixed. Then add rice, beans, corn, salt. The prepared salad is placed on a plate and garnished with mayonnaise. Pleasant appetite!
3. Salads rich in vitamins
Required products:
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Apples - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Lettuce leaves - 100 gr.
  • Salt and sugar - to taste.
  • Sour cream - half a glass.
  • Greens.
Preparation:
Cucumbers, apples and carrots cut into straws. Lettuce leaves are divided into 3–4 pieces. Sour cream and lemon juice are mixed. All prepared products are also mixed with sour cream mixture, salt, sugar. The salad can be garnished with tomato slices and greens before serving.
4. Tikochu salad.
Required products:
  • 4 boiled eggs,
  • 200 gr sausage,
  • 200 g of mayonnaise,
  • 1 garden blue onion,
  • salt to taste.
Preparation:
All products are cut into large rectangles and decorated with mayonnaise, mixed and served on the table.
5. Bufton salad.
Required products:
  • 1 can of canned corn,
  • 200 g of boiled carrots,
  • 4 boiled eggs,
  • 300 g of meat or sausage,
  • 100 g of mayonnaise,
  • a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
All ingredients are cut into large wedges, mixed with salt, mayonnaise and garnish.
6. Zijon salad, on the New Year's table.
Required masses:
  • 1 kg of liver,
  • 4 white onions,
  • 200 g white oil,
  • 4 carrots,
  • 1 garden green onion,
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
Preparation:
The liver is cut into rectangles or straws, the onions are cut into feathers, the carrots are cut into small rectangles. In hot oil, first fry the carrots separately, then fry the onions and fry the liver separately. Put all the fried products in a bowl, mix 1 garden green onion with finely chopped vinegar and salt, put on plates and decorate the top with white onions. Let's go to the table.
