🙅🏻♂No-fee-paying (non-payment) applicants:
- Graduated from educational institutions (schools, lyceums and colleges) in 2021.
- Persons with the first and second groups of disabilities.
- Individuals with full state support.
When this category of entrants is registered on the site abitur.dtm.uz, they will not receive an invoice.
