Parenchymatous enlargement of organs and lymph nodes;
These symptoms are caused by the migration of ascarids in the developmental cycle, migrating to organs such as the lungs, liver, and heart. Their “journey” lasts up to 3 months, after which they enter the intestines by swallowing and general symptoms appear.
