When is the deadline for applicants to file an appeal?

Applicants who are dissatisfied with the results of the tests can submit a written or electronic appeal to the appeal commission. has the right.

 

Appeal applications my.dtm.uz is being accepted online through the site (in the applicant's personal office) and until September 6 continues.

In order to file an appeal, the applicant must have participated in the test and not been excluded from it.

Accordingly, the applicant who filed the appeal will receive a notice indicating the date and time of its review.

According to the law:
The applicant who filed an appeal must come with his/her passport and applicant's permit on the day specified in the notice.
During the appeal process, the applicant will be given a copy of his answer sheet, a list of incorrectly completed test tasks, and a book of test tasks presented to the applicant during the tests.
The appeal is considered by the appeal commission only in the presence of the applicant, based on his written answers.
The applicant will receive a copy of the decision on the appeal.

The following are not allowed during the appeal process:

trying to bring in or bringing in a cell phone, computer, telecommunications equipment and spreadsheets (except for dictionaries, tables) into the room where the appeal is being held;

transfer test materials to another applicant, help them or get help during the appeal process;

tearing out a page of a test book.

 

If the applicant's answer sheet, book of test tasks was not delivered to DTM in the prescribed manner, torn, as well as the applicant's appeal who was excluded from the tests or did not state his answers in writing, will not be considered.

Information on the decision of the appeal commission will be submitted to the state commission for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan within 5 working days after the appeal process has been completed.
The applicant may appeal to the court in accordance with the procedure established by law regarding the decision of the appeal commission based on the results of the review of the appeal complaint.
