About Amir Said Olimkhan.

Said Mir Muhammad Olimkhan is an Uzbek ruler who ruled the Bukhara Emirate in 1910-1920. He was born on January 1880, 3 in Bukhara.

Said Muhammad Olim was born in a family of Uzbeks of the Mangit tribe of Turks. When Said Olim was thirteen years old, his father Abdulahad sent him to St. Petersburg for three years to manage the state and learn military information. In 1896, he returned to Bukhara from Russia as the Prince of Bukhara.

After two years, he was appointed the governor of Nasaf and served in this position for twelve years. In the next two years, he will rule the northern province of Carmine. In 1910, his father Abdulahad Khan died. In the same year, he was elevated to the highest rank by Emperor Nicholas II of the Russian Empire. In 1911, Said Olimkhan was awarded the title of Major General in His Majesty's Imperial Suite.

He ascended the throne in 1910. At the beginning of his administration, he ordered that he would not accept gifts, that he would not accept bribes from other ministers and chiefs, and that tax collectors and chiefs should not use the tax collected from the people for their own benefit. However, over time, the situation changed, as a result of these intrigues, those who wanted to issue new laws were sent to Moscow and Kazan. Said Olimkhan continued his rule in a traditional way.
