Choosing the right shampoo

How do you choose the right shampoo for you? It’s very simple - read the text on the package carefully. The first rule is to use a shampoo that is exactly right for your hair type. So how do you determine your hair type?
To take proper care of your hair, you first need to determine your hair type correctly. Hair is divided into four groups: dry, oily, normal and mixed. It is based on these characteristics that care products are selected.
            So study your hair carefully.
            Dry hair
If your hair is dry, you can be happy on the one hand. After all, such hair is not lubricated for a long time after washing. Even if you don’t wash them for a week, they will look clean. However, the ends of such hair are extremely dry and break frequently. After washing the hair, you can feel the tension on the scalp. Drying with this type of hair has a negative effect. Because a hair dryer can increase the brittleness of your hair.
Another way to determine your hair type is to study the hair roots. If after washing the roots become dry, and after 3-4 days - normal, and by the end of the week - oily, you can use products designed for dry hair without fear!
           Oily hair
So how do you detect oily hair? It’s hard to go wrong in identifying such hair. Because such hair becomes oily almost by the end of the day of washing. This is especially true for hair roots. But the ends of such hair will never break and will not be afraid of the hair dryer. Oily hair owners do not notice any strain on the scalp after washing their hair.
            Normal hair
Normal hair differs from other hair types in that they are lubricated 2-3 days after washing.Normal hair ends look healthy, almost do not break (only as a result of improper care). As a result of improperly chosen detergent, such hair owners can also sometimes feel the strain on the scalp. Such hair roots are in normal condition after washing. Only by the end of the third day do they begin to lubricate. This type of hair can be easily dried using a hair dryer.
           Mixed hair.
The roots of mixed hair are oily, the ends are dry. Such hair care is the most complicated. How can this be determined? Very simple - as soon as the hair is washed, the roots are in a normal state, and after 2-3 days they remain oily. The ends of such hair are always dry and brittle. Mixed hair gets dirty 3-4 days after washing. (The condition of the scalp after washing the hair is rarely observed). The second rule is that choosing the right detergent for your hair type is no easy task. Try shampoos from different manufacturers, choose the one that suits you depending on the result.
It doesn’t have to be the most expensive shampoo, sometimes a simple store-bought shampoo from a popular shampoo brand may also be ideal for you.
How to determine if the shampoo is right for you?
How do you determine if a shampoo is right for your hair type? Look at the result! If after washing the hair gets rid of grease and looks clean, then think that I have achieved a positive result. No exposure or itching should be observed on the scalp during and after shampooing, and the hair should remain shiny after drying. A quality shampoo eliminates static electricity in the hair. And finally, after the hair is washed with the right shampoo, they become pliable, curly and smooth, easy to comb and curl.
            Shampoo quality
How to determine the quality of shampoo? Why is this necessary? First, certain additives in shampoos can cause allergies in some people. Therefore, try it before using a shampoo that is new to you. Apply a little shampoo on the wrist, rinse after 15 minutes. If there is no effect on the skin, then everything is in place.
When buying shampoo, make sure that its appearance and color are in harmony. If not in a rhythm, this is a poor quality shampoo.
