Hi, which blood groups are compatible with blood group B (III) on the AB0 system?

 

In the blood, agglutinogens and agglutinins are divided into 4 groups according to the order of occurrence.
In group 1 or “0” erythrocytes do not contain agglutinogens, plasma contains agglutinins a and b.
2 - Group A contains agglutinogen A and plasma agglutinin b.
3 - Group B contains agglutinogen B, plasma agglutinin b.
4 - Group AB contains agglutinogen A and B, while plasma does not contain agglutinins.

If we look at the compatibility of red blood cells (rhesus factor),
B (III) Rh + is compatible with the following blood groups:

• A (II) Rh−

• 0 (I) Rh +

• A (II) Rh−

• AB (IV) Rh−
