HOW DOES GRIJA APPEAR?

- There are various hypotheses about the causes of spinal hernias. Let’s clarify them. So, the reasons for the changes in the spine can be as follows:

bending over in the same position during the day;

stature disorder;

physical exertion, regular heavy lifting;

congenital thinness of the spine;

excess body weight;

changes in the spine due to aging;

metabolic disorders;

inactivity;

complications of viral diseases;

spinal cord injury, bruising, injuries.

Due to these factors, the discs between the vertebral bodies are crushed and small cracks appear on them. Gradually, the fibrous rings that hold and move the spine rupture, and the corpus callosum inside passes into the spinal canal, causing the canal to narrow and the spinal cord to constrict. Thus a spinal hernia occurs.
