According to the regulations approved by the Government Resolution No. 654, the payment of social benefits in the following cases:
✅ Upon expiration of the term;
✅ According to the written application of the pensioner requesting to stop the payment of this benefit; (Probably never before)
✅ When the family moves out of the Republic of Uzbekistan for permanent residence;
✅ If the family pension is incorrectly assigned due to technical problems in the "Single Register" IT;
✅ Suspended when it is determined that the applicant has provided incorrect or unreliable information or incomplete information.
👉 When overpayments are detected, the payment of benefits is suspended.
