In what cases can the subsidy allocated for housing be refused?
⚡️ANSWER;
According to the Regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 182, the subsidy will be refused to the applicant in the following cases:
❌ when the information provided in the submitted application does not correspond to social criteria;
❌ when the provided information is incorrect or false;
❌ when family members who previously received subsidies for an apartment or a single-family house using preferential mortgage loans within the framework of affordable housing construction programs in urban and rural areas repeatedly apply;
❌ when the number of subsidies allocated for the region in the current year ends;
❌ when the average monthly income of the applicant and the family is less or more than the specified norm (If you remember, we talked about this norm earlier)
❗️Rejection of subsidy on other grounds not mentioned above is not allowed.
