According to Article 137 of the Civil Code, if the participants in a traffic accident leave the scene of the accident in violation of the established rules, -
causes a fine in the amount of fifteen times the base calculation amount (4 soums).
Leaving the scene of the accident by the participants of the traffic accident in violation of the established rules, if this traffic accident caused minor bodily injury to the victim or considerable material damage, - thirty times the amount of the basic calculation shall result in a fine in the amount or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of one year or administrative imprisonment for a period of up to fifteen days.
