INTENTIONAL MURDER
📄 According to Article 97 of the Criminal Code, intentional homicide is punishable by imprisonment for ten to fifteen years.
❗️Manslaughter in cases of aggravating responsibility, i.e.:
Two or more persons;
A woman whose pregnancy is known to the perpetrator;
➖a person in a weak state who is clearly guilty;
A person or his close relatives in connection with the performance of his service or civil duty;
➖in a way that is dangerous for the life of other persons;
➖in the course of public disturbances;
With extreme cruelty;
➖In connection with touching the honor or satisfying the sexual need in an unnatural way using force;
➖with the intention of greed;
On the basis of national or racial enmity;
Due to bullying;
At the root of religious prejudices;
➖for the purpose of obtaining human organs or tissues or using parts of a corpse;
➖in order to hide another crime or facilitate its commission;
➖by a group of individuals or a member of an organized group or in the interests of that group;
➖by a repeat or dangerous recidivist;
➖ Intentional murder by an extremely dangerous recidivist is punishable by imprisonment from fifteen to twenty-five years or life imprisonment.
