A study was conducted at Stanford University: all people divided into two groups were given the same objects: a pen and a paper clip and asked to create as many unusual ways of applying these subjects as possible for 4 minutes. This time was spent by the first group sitting in the room and the second group walking down the street. As a result, members of the group walking down the street came up with 60% more unusual ways to apply than those who walked in the room!
