✓ Drink more water
90% of people drink too little water. An adult should drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. Water is the first and most powerful tool against the formation of blockages in blood vessels.

✓ Blood-thinning foods:
- olive and linseed oil;
- apple cider vinegar;
