Will the period worked again after retirement be added to the internship to calculate the pension?
- Kozivoy retired with 25 years of experience and then worked for another 5 years. He wanted to recalculate his pension and add the next 5 years of service to his total length of service. But it failed to achieve its goal.
- According to Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On state pensions", the time worked after the appointment of an old-age pension is not included in the length of service for the calculation of pensions.
