I wanted to buy a house through a subsidy. So what documents do I need to prepare?

In accordance with the regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers No. 182, the applicant submits the following documents to the centers of public services for housing on a subsidized basis;

These are;

🟢 personal identification number of the individual;

🟢 Copies of family members' personal identification numbers and marriage certificates and birth certificates;

🟢 A copy of the certificate of annulment of the marriage in the prescribed manner or a court decision on the invalidation of the marriage (in the case of marriage) or a certificate from the archives of the civil registry office on the marital status (marriage not registered) case);

🟢 information on the cadastral number and type from the place of registration of permanent residence (if the place of residence coincides with the place of registration of permanent residence);

🟢 a copy of the house book or apartment card (Figure 17) from the place of registration of permanent residence (if the place of residence coincides with the place of registration of permanent residence);

🟢 Certificate of income and withheld income taxes of the applicant and co-borrowers (tax return in case of additional income).
