WHAT IS THE NORMAL WEIGHT FOR CHILDREN? (Under 16)

Let's learn to calculate this in the easiest way usul

🔴To do this, we divide the age range into 3 parts:

1) 🗨From birth to 6 months - should weigh an average of 800 g per month,
🗨From 7 months to 1 year - should weigh an average of 400 g per month.

🗨Thus at the age of 1️⃣ the child weighs 10-11 kg

2) At the age of 🗨5️⃣, a child weighs an average of 19 kg
🗨We add 5 kg of weight for each year of growth from 12 to 3 years of age, and subtract 2 kg for each year of underweight
(Example: 6 years old 19 + 3 = 22kg, 4 years old 19-2 = 17kg)

3) 🗨We use the following simple formula to calculate weight from 12 to 16 years old

👉yosh × 5-20
Example: 14 × 5-20 = 50kg

💊Dear subscribers, be sure to weigh your children using this method of weight calculation, and if it is less or more than the norm, be sure to see a pediatrician!
