Breakfast - The same is true if you eat between 7:00 and 8:00 in the morning. But it is advisable not to be late until 10:00. Remember, eat breakfast only half an hour after waking up.

For lunch -12: 30-14: 00 is the optimal time to eat. Eat food no later than 16:00. Breakfast and lunch interval should be 4 hours.

Dinner - 18: 00-19: 00, but no later than 21:00. Eat dinner 3 hours before bedtime.
