Who pays for lost books at school and how much?
In accordance with the "Regulation on the procedure for providing secondary schools with textbooks and teaching-methodical manuals (https://lex.uz/docs/2378458)", regardless of the method of using textbooks or teaching-methodical manuals, in case they are lost or become unusable , the student's parents or their substitutes or sponsors or teachers shall cover the damage with such textbooks or teaching-methodical manuals or pay the value indicated in the primary documents (invoice, waybill).
Students' parents or their substitutes or sponsors or teachers shall pay the damages in the following amounts:
👉 for each textbook or teaching-methodical manual of 1st grade students - in the amount of one time;
👉 (https://t.me/+KzysPSHcaRVlMGQy) for each textbook or teaching-methodical manuals of 2-4th grade students - in the amount of double;
👉 For each textbook or teaching-methodical manuals of 5-11th grade students - in the amount of four times.
Accounting of textbooks and teaching-methodical manuals in the library fund of the general education school, their use, their storage, availability and movement of payment documents for them, as well as educational activities aimed at developing a sense of caring for textbooks among students are carried out by the librarians of the general education schools.
