Question: Brothers live in 2 separate houses in a large yard. My neighbor has this yard from his grateful father. The house is in the name of the late father. Siblings have separate entrances and exits. In this case, is it possible to divide this yard into two?

Answer: Two children will receive the inheritance left by their grateful father in equal shares. If the remaining heirs renounce their shares, of course. Then they apply to the cadastral office through the Public Service Center and write an application to divide the house into two yards. According to the cadastral documents, the residence is divided into 2 separate yards.
