Is it natural to dream eroticly?

According to research, 93% of men and 86% of women experience sexual (erotic) sleep at least once in their lives. It turns out that if someone sees a lot and quickly, someone can see it once a week, a month or even a year. Have you ever wondered why? To what extent does it depend on sleep state?

There are a lot of different district inspections, surveys on this topic, and the results are really interesting. The results among the most recent university students conducted at the University of Hong Kong showed that 670 students participated, of which 66% were female and 34% were male. They were asked at what intervals they had sexual component dreams and the sleep patterns at that time.

The results of the survey are very interesting. 72% of the participants indicated that they were mostly lying on their sides, 23% were lying face up, and 5% were lying on the ground. What was even more interesting was that those lying on the ground had more sexual dreams than others.

According to scientists, there are several reasons for this. One of the reasons is that the high pressure generated in the chest during sleep, the feeling of difficulty in breathing and exhalation, have been shown to trigger signals to the brain that tickle sexual desire.

Another study confirmed that those who sleep on the left side often have nightmares and start the morning in a bad mood. On the contrary, it is said that those who sleep on the right side do not have aggression and start the day in the morning in a fresh and good mood.

In addition, our living environment, celibacy, temporary celibacy (married but away from family for a while), travel, fatigue at work, freezing to death, lying in a soft place also make this type of dream a lot. It could cause a rash.
