But that doesn’t mean they’re unfounded, of course. Because, according to statistics, there is a small but possible opportunity to plan the sex of the future child.

A method based on the role of the sperm

Spermatazoids are X and Y chromosomal, and their properties are different. Sperm on the Y chromosome become smaller, move faster, and die faster. Sperm on the X chromosome, on the other hand, live longer and move more slowly. Based on this, the theory emerged. In a joint that occurs before ovulation, the Y chromosomal sperm are killed, the X chromosomal sperm live until ovulation occurs, and the pregnancy is with the GIRL. If mating occurs during ovulation, then the more active Y chromosomal sperm will reach the ovary faster, fertilize it, and give birth to a SON. But there is a definite time limit for sperm. That is, they must fertilize the ovary within 24-48 hours. This is the survival time of the ovary. If the join does not occur during this time, then the next cycle is expected.

According to statistics, the birth of a boy is more common in young families, and later this figure shifts to the girl. Generations with a large number of tall men are richer than boys, if the difference between births is one year, often children of the same sex are born, if more than 3 years, children are of different sexes likely. A method of measuring the temperature of a joint

The guarantee of pregnancy is ovulation. It’s a little harder to know when ovulation will occur. The simplest method suitable for home conditions is to measure the basal temperature. That is, every morning, without getting up at a certain time, you put a thermometer on your back, hold it for 5 minutes, and measure the temperature there. This should be done in a 3 cycle process. Ovulation occurs when the temperature is in the range of 37.1-37.2. In addition, ovulation can be detected by ultrasound. If you want a boy, join on the day of ovulation, if you want a girl, join 1-2 days before ovulation.

How to diet

If you consume products rich in sodium and potassium, the chances of giving birth to a boy are high, if you want to give birth to a girl, eat products rich in calcium and magnesium. That is, parents who want to give birth to a son should consume a lot of the following products for 2-3 months before pregnancy: potatoes, chechevitsa, mushrooms, bananas, apricots, orange, peach, fig peel. Inedible products include: greens, cabbage, beans. You need to add more salt when cooking. If you want to give birth to a girl, you can use the following diet: eggplant, beets, carrots, cucumbers, onions, beans. Non-edible products include: plums, bananas, oranges, currants and melons.

Blood renewal method

One of the most common and easily identifiable methods is the blood renewal method. In the female body, the blood changes every 3 years, and in the male body, it changes every 4 years. Accordingly, the age at which a woman becomes pregnant is divided by 3, and the age at which a man is divided by 4. As a result, the child with the largest residual number becomes the same sex. But if the mother's blood is rhesus negative, this method turns out the opposite. For example: At the time of addition, the mother is 28 years old, the father is 32 years old: 28: 3 = 9 and the remainder of 1 is 32: 4 = 8 and there is no residue. The mother's residual number is higher than the father's residual number, the mother's blood is fresher, hence, the chances of a girl being born as a result of this merger are high.
