For the salad:

Chicken fillet - 400 g
Iceberg lettuce - 1 head
Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
Parmesan cheese - 100 g
White bread - half
Garlic - 2 cloves
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Salt, pepper.
For the sauce:

Eggs - 2 pcs
Olive oil - 60 ml
Mustard - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Parmesan cheese - 50 g
Salt.
PREPARATION
Sauce preparation:

The water in the pot is boiled and removed from the heat. The whole egg is soaked in boiling water for 1 minute, then removed from the water and cooled to room temperature for 10-15 minutes. It can be poured into any bowl or blender cup.

Eggs should not be cold, remove them from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before and put in a bowl with warm water for 10-15 minutes.
Garlic is peeled and crushed. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Parmesan is removed from the fine teeth of the grater.
All the ingredients for the sauce are poured into a blender jar and crushed until a uniform mass is formed. The sauce is ready for Caesar.

Preparation of salad:

Initially, the white loaf is cut in half from the bread (or long loaf) and the top layer is removed. Then the bread is cut into cubes.
Garlic is peeled and crushed with the side of a knife, placed in a smaller bowl and poured olive oil over it. The dish is placed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, as a result of which the oil acquires the aroma of garlic.
The bread cubes are rolled out evenly on a baking sheet and greased with garlic and olive oil. Protiven is placed in an oven preheated to 10 ° C for 15-180 minutes until a golden color is formed on the surface of the bread.

The chicken fillet is washed, cut in half, then cut into pieces about 10 cm long. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the meat.
