Electronic devices, telephones, televisions, computers and tablets are an integral part of modern people’s lives. As a result, vision decreases from year to year. What to look for to improve your eyesight?

1️⃣. Reduce the pressure

The eye muscles, like other muscles in the body, are under heavy pressure, tired and sore. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce the pressure level so as not to tire them. If you work in front of a computer all day, don't forget to take a break every 30 minutes. Let your eyes rest for a few minutes. Decrease the brightness of the monitor and smartphone screen, and enlarge the text.

2️⃣. Blink your eyelashes often

If a person does not blink frequently, the mucous membrane of the eye suffers from dryness. This has a negative effect on vision.

3️⃣. Eye exercises

There are too many exercises to improve vision. With the help of your doctor, you can determine which one is best for you. Keep in mind that vision recovery is a long process, so you need to repeat the exercises regularly.

4️⃣. Food

Some products improve the blood circulation in the retina. These include carrots, blueberries, squash, beets and greens (parsley, spinach, onions). In addition, eating fish, cottage cheese, beef liver, and eggs can help improve vision.

5️⃣. Full sleep and schedule

A visually impaired patient should sleep well and rest for at least 8 hours each day.

6️⃣. Wear sunglasses

Protecting the eyes from UV rays is an important part of maintaining their health. Experts say it is necessary to wear glasses on sunny days.
