What is fraud?
- Fraud is the acquisition of another's property or right to another's property by deception or abuse of trust.
- Fraud is punishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred times the basic calculation amount or correctional labor for up to two years, or restriction of liberty for one to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years.
