The following actions related to the speed of drivers are prohibited:
- Speed exceeding the maximum speed specified in the technical description of the vehicle;
- Exceeding the speed limit indicated on the "Speed Limited" sign on the vehicle;
- Unnecessary movement at very low speeds and obstruction of other vehicles;
- Abrupt braking when there is no need to prevent a traffic accident.
