Amount of alimony.
✅ If there is no agreement between the parents to provide for their minor children, alimony for their maintenance is paid by the court in the following amounts from the parents' monthly salary and other income:
✔️ For 1 child - a quarter;
✔️For 2 children - one third;
✔️ For 3 and more children - half the amount.
✅ The amount of these payments may be reduced or increased by the court, taking into account the financial or marital status of the parties and other circumstances.
✅ The amount of alimony collected for each child should not be less than 26,5% (217 soums) of the minimum wage established by law.
