The Presidential Decree "On additional measures to provide comprehensive support to young people and further increase their social activity" (PF-6260, 13.07.2021) was adopted.
💰 According to the decree, in August 2021, a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 18 thousand soums will be provided for each child under 500 years of age included in the "Iron Book".
➡️ Children of families included in the "Iron Book" studying in public universities will be reimbursed the full amount of the contract for the first academic year in the 2021/2022 academic year.
🏦 Up to 33 million soums of unsecured loans will be provided to children of families included in the “Iron Book” and “Women’s Book” and young people included in the “Youth Book” to build additional housing in their homes when newlyweds.
🏚 Under the mortgage program, an additional 2 young families will receive a subsidy for the purchase of housing on down payment and interest payments.
🎓 From September 2021, 1, students studying at universities in the country on a fee-for-service basis will be provided with educational loans in the amount of the Central Bank's interest rate and repayment for 7 years from the seventh month after the end of the study period.
☑️ A procedure will be introduced to pay additional bonuses to the salaries of young professionals who have graduated from foreign universities included in the top 500 list of prestigious international rating agencies working in government agencies and organizations, or have received an academic degree (PhD and other equivalent degrees).
✅ From October 2021, 1, monthly bonuses will be paid monthly in addition to the salary of the young specialist on the basis of a contract with the Civil Service Development Agency, the employer and the young specialist for a period of up to 3 years.
