EXEMPTION FROM MILITARY SERVICE
🟢 According to Article 237 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, evasion of conscription for military service or alternative service, enlistment in the reserve service of the mobilization call or service in the reserve of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan - basic shall result in a fine of two to five times the calculation amount.
🟢 Citizens' failure to come to the defense affairs bodies without valid reasons for the summons to pass the registration of the conscription section is the reason for the imposition of a fine in the amount of one-tenth of the base calculation amount, according to Article 235 of this Code.
