If you want my stomach to be healthy

✓ Make it a rule to consume about 500 g of fresh vegetables and fruits every day.
✓ Try to avoid a normal diet. Even if it’s at a festive table, take a break and walk back to the table after a short walk.
✓ It is preferable to replace sausages and hot dogs with boiled and / or cooked meat.
✓ Do not drink water during and immediately after meals. It is preferable to drink water after at least 30-40 minutes. Before meals or 1–1,5 hours later.
✓ Chew food well to avoid overloading the stomach.
✓ Do not exercise immediately after eating.
