Healthy eating rules for breastfeeding women

1. Eating with a slight feeling of hunger (5-6 times)
2. Drink 8–10 ml of water 150–200 times a day
3. Memorize the list of products that increase milk production and are harmful!

Dairy products:
✓ Milk and dairy products: cottage cheese, cheese, cheese, yogurt;
✓ Meat and meat products: lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish;
✓ Eggs;
✓ Black sedan and sesame;
✓ Porridge: buckwheat, oatmeal, hercules;
✓ Vegetables: carrots, onions, turnips and greens;
✓ Fruits: bananas, apples, pears, grapes, watermelons;
✓ Dried fruits: walnuts, pistachios, cashews, raisins, sorrel;
✓ Fiber-rich products.
If you drink hot soups from lean beef, mutton, chicken, it is very useful and increases the milk quickly!

Not available for breastfeeding women:
✖️ Products with stabilizers, dyes, preservatives: cans, store juices;
✖️ Exotic and any citrus fruits;
✖️ Eating chocolate, eating large amounts of nuts, honey - these are strong allergens.
