Lactose intolerance syndrome is a common intestinal disease

Lactose is a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products.
The enzyme lactase, which breaks down lactose into glucose and galactose, is produced in the small intestine in sufficient quantities at a young age. Over time, most people develop a deficiency or complete lack of lactase enzyme production, resulting in lactose intolerance.

When the enzyme is not enough, the lactose that enters the digestive system is not broken down in the small intestine, but enters the large intestine, where it is broken down into fatty acids, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen gases by the microorganisms there. The main symptoms of lactose intolerance are the formation of gases (the smell of methane), flatulence, flatulence.

Solution: completely avoid milk and dairy products, gluten. If even after that the stomach rests and the flatulence does not disappear, then it is necessary to look for other reasons.
