September Seventh Syndrome (also called "September First Syndrome" in some cases)

This syndrome is a psychological disease that applies mainly to elementary school students, and is characterized by a difficult period of adaptation to school in schoolchildren (1st and 4th grade) after a long vacation.

The disease is expressed as follows:
1. After returning to school, the incidence of viral diseases in children increases.
2. The body reacts negatively to a sudden change in lifestyle, and because of this, students experience psychological stress (stress, depression).

This disease is observed for 7-10 days after the start of school.

In order to avoid this situation, psychologists advise teachers and parents not to "toughen" their children with many tasks during the first week of study.
