Banana pie
Your spouse likes it!
Required ingredients: 200 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of dough, one egg, 80 g of butter, a pinch of salt; To put: 3–4 bananas, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 180 g coconut flakes.
Preparation: 1. Whisk the melted butter with the sugar.
2. Add salt and eggs.
3. Mix the dough in it, add it to the ingredients and knead the dough.
4. Roll out the dough to a medium thickness and place in a tin lined with parchment paper. The pie crust is placed in a gas oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5. Beat 3 eggs with sugar and add coconut flakes.
6. Sprinkle cocoa on the surface of the crust and pick out the banana pieces. Then sprinkle with cocoa again.
7. Pour in the coconut mixture at the end. Put the pie in a gas oven for 20-30 minutes.

Required ingredients: 2 biscuit cakes, 200 g sour cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 100 g marmalade, 100 g monkey, strawberry, orange and cherry jam; For decoration: mandarin, frozen apricots, cherries and strawberries.
Preparation: 1. Make two biscuit cakes out of 6 eggs (6 eggs + 1 st sugar + 1 st flour). It is better to bake the cakes on a gas stove tray.
2. Mix 200 g of powdered sugar with 1 g of sour cream and whisk lightly with a mixer.
3. Divide the biscuit basket into pieces using round, triangular and rectangular molds.
4. Spread strawberry, cherry, apricot and orange jam on the triangles (see picture).
5. Then spread the cream on the cakes and decorate with pieces of fruit.

Necessary ingredients. Dough: 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and flour, 5 tablespoons cocoa, 2 eggs, 0,5 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1,5 teaspoons baking soda, a pinch salt, 1 st boiling water. Cream: 500 g sour cream, 120 g sugar, 100 g frozen cherry (or its jam); for decoration: 2 kiwis, 1 pomegranate.
Preparation: 1. Beat the eggs with a mixer. Add salt, powdered sugar and milk.
2. Add vegetable oil and cocoa and mix.
3. Combine baking soda with vinegar and add to ingredients. Add flour and mix. At the end pour boiling water.
4. Place the dough in a baking tin and place in a preheated gas oven. The crust is ready in 40-45 minutes at medium temperature.
5. Mix the sugar with the cream and prepare the cream using a mixer.
6. Divide the crust into three parts. Spread the cream between each and pick up the cherry seeds.
7. Spread the cream thickly on the cake. And garnished with shredded kiwi and pomegranate seeds. It is better to keep the dessert in the refrigerator until it is served.

"Turron"

Required ingredients:100 g of almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, 150 g of liquid honey, 100 g of sugar, one egg white, 50 g of powdered sugar.
Preparation: 1. Soak almonds and hazelnuts in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Then dry in a gas oven.
2. Melt the honey over medium heat. When it boils, add sugar. Stir until the syrup is thickened.
3. Whisk the egg whites with a mixer. Add powdered sugar.
4. Add a little honey syrup to the beaten egg and beat with a mixer.
5. Place the nuts in a baking paper tin (greased with vegetable oil or butter).
6. Put the egg mixture on the nuts and flatten the surface. Cover the pastry with parchment paper and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
7. When ready, cut into any shape and serve.

Necessary ingredients. Dough: 3 eggs, 100 g sugar, 70 g flour, 1 tablespoon potato starch; for the lemon kurd: 2 eggs, 60 ml of lemon juice, 80 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon cider; for mousse: 200 ml sour cream, one egg, 100 g sugar, 150 ml milk, 1 teaspoon gelatin, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons potato starch.
Preparation: 1. Beat egg yolks with sugar. You inflate the stream separately.
2. Combine the flour with the potato starch.
3. Add the flour mixture to the egg yolk. Then add egg whites.
4. Place the biscuit dough on a baking tray and flatten the surface. Bake in a preheated gas oven for 8-10 minutes.
5. Prepare lemon curd: mix lemon juice, cedar and sugar in a separate bowl and put on fire. Whisk the eggs separately. When the lemon juice boils, add the beaten egg and stir until thickened.
6. Strain the lemon zest.
7. Mix the gelatin with the lemon juice to make the mousse. In a separate bowl, mix the potato starch, 50 g of sugar and eggs.
8. Then add warm milk and gelatin and boil until thick.
9. Whip the cream with the sugar and add the lemon mousse.
10. Divide the biscuit basket lengthwise into three parts. Apply cream between each.
11. Lemon curd is rubbed on top of the dessert (see picture).
