Today, December 10, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a document adopted at the third session of the United Nations General Assembly on December 1948, 10 and recommended for all UN members.
The text of the Declaration is the first global definition of rights enjoyed by all people.
