6-month-old infant feeding: supplementation

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

In addition to breast milk or smes, a 6-month-old baby can and should be given additional food. Since the child's stomach is not accustomed to new foods, it is necessary to take it gradually and go through certain stages.

How to feed a 6-month-old baby:

Where to start:

-Bananas;

-Rice porridge;

- Pear;

-Your own apple juice.

Condition of dishes:

-Give to the tip of a spoon in the form of finely crushed, puree.

The most important rule when giving extra food to a child is not to rush.

Keep track of when you start adding each new product. If the child is not allergic to it or has a bowel disorder, the portion can be gradually increased. Try giving a second product in a week or two.

You can also follow this a bit and then increase the serving size.

Products must be fresh and thoroughly washed.

Don’t give up on adult food just yet. A child can certainly burn and consume, but it is a huge burden on his stomach, and the child's strength and energy are completely gone to digest that food.
