Most of us like apples that are reddish or yellowish in color and drowned, but sour apples are a leader in healing. In folk medicine, this fruit is used to treat the following diseases:

Modern medicine also confirms that apples are a cure for many diseases and a source of incomparable healing properties. Apple peel contains a large amount of the antioxidant quercetin, which, along with vitamin C, prevents the harmful effects of free radicals on the body. Pectin is also a substance that gives apples their main protective power. It binds and removes harmful substances such as lead and arsenic that enter the body. The insoluble fiber in apples prevents constipation and thus the development of colon cancer. Our people eat apples in various forms, especially in the form of fresh cuts, jams or juices. Researchers have found that eating 2 apples a day reduces the amount of cholesterol in the body by 16 percent. This means that it leads to a significant reduction in the incidence of atherosclerosis, stroke, heart attack among the population. This is done by the pectin in apples. Apples contain a large amount of iron, which is contained in hemoglobin in the blood. Hemoglobin, on the other hand, plays an important role in delivering oxygen to tissues and cells. Deficiency of iron or hemoglobin in the body is popularly referred to as anemia or anemia. Apple juice is also very useful for the body, especially among those who are engaged in mental work. There is one aspect that must be taken into account when preparing apple juice. Due to the high sugar content of apples grown in our sunny country, they are consumed with equal amounts of boiled water. This prevents the accumulation of excess sugar in the body. Every year on August 19, the Slavs celebrate a national holiday. This holiday has been celebrated in the form of a holiday since ancient Russian times. The apple-shaped holiday is celebrated every year in the fall because the temperature drops on August 19 when this holiday is celebrated. The days slowly cool down. It has its own different traditions in celebrating this holiday. To date, no food or products with apples have been consumed on the holiday. They had no idea that the gates of heaven would be opened to those who consumed apple products according to their traditions. That is, it was concluded that apples can be consumed after the end of this holiday, as the cutting of apple trees is prohibited until August 19th.
