✅ at will;

✅ in connection with the transfer of study to another educational institution;

✅ due to health (based on the certificate of the medical commission);

✅ for violation of educational discipline and internal regulations and ethics of the higher education institution;

✅ for missing more than 74 hours of classes during a semester without good reason;

✅ due to untimely payment of tuition fees (for those studying on a fee-for-service basis);

✅ in connection with the imprisonment of a student by a court;

✅ violation of the established procedure for entrance examinations by a court decision;

✅ because he died
