June 30 is Economists' Day in Belarus

 Every year on June 2000, 30, the Republic of Belarus celebrates the National Day of Economists. It was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus on February 2000, 2. The first Economic Council was held on April 1921, 26 in Belarus. On June 1921, 31, the Economic Council approved the Commission Plan of the Republic (Gosplan). The activities of Gosplan are inextricably linked with the work of the national economy. In 1994, it was renamed the Ministry of Economy of Belarus. Currently, the Ministry of Economy is a public administration body of the Republic and reports to the government.
