Increase chest tightness

Here are a few exercises to help tone your chest:
✔️ Lie face up on a flat mat and stretch your arms out to your sides. Bring the arms together without bending them. The exercise is repeated 10 to 15 times
✔️ Bring your hands together in the center of the breasts in the Indian ``namaste'' style. The wrists and elbows of both hands should be horizontal. Now squeeze the palms that are touching each other more tightly, release kn for 1 second. Repeat the exercise on March 15-20. During the exercise, the hands do not lose their initial position
✔️ Touch the palms together with the opposite sides. In this case, the fingertips are directed to the center of the chest. Now in this position, move the hands away from you. The exercise is repeated 10 to 15 times

The exercises given above activate the side muscles of the chest and increase the tension of the chest. Take a contrast shower after activities. It also increases skin tension. If you're still breastfeeding, there's no need to worry about exercise reducing your milk supply. But excessive exercise can cause your milk to produce more lactic acid and curdle your milk. Some children may not like it and refuse to suckle. If you notice a similar situation, it is recommended to reduce your training a little.
