The month of Ramadan has come: how to spend it?

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

We are on the threshold of the month of Ramadan, which is a favorite for the Muslim world. God bless everyone commanded a healthy and adult Muslim to fast completely during the month of Ramadan. When fasting has been proven by scientists to have many benefits for human health.
For example, the American scientist Paul Breg as a product of fifty years of scientific experience “Mo ''He wrote a book called This book, which has been translated into many languages of the world, says that fasting is the most beneficial factor for human health. This is a scientific confirmation of the hadith narrated by Imam Tabarani in his book Al-Awsat from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “Fast and you will be healthy.” Most surprisingly, fasting therapists have concluded that a person must voluntarily go hungry 28-32 days a year in order to walk healthy. Allah, on the other hand, made the average of this period, 30 days of Ramadan, obligatory for us Muslims 15 centuries ago. Our great compatriot Shaykhur-rais Ibn Sina also treated people with hunger.
Today, the Grand Mufti of Syria, Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaru, is well known in the Islamic world for his treatment of fasting. The famous athlete, the legendary Muhammad Ali, who became a legend in the history of boxing of our century, was cured of his incurable disease in his presence. Earlier, Muhammad Ali had spent $ 30 million to treat himself, but to no avail. Allah will heal him after twenty days of starvation.
There are also reports of people recovering from cancer by starvation. We should praise Allah, Who has made such a useful deed a blessing and a spiritual prayer for us Muslims.
How should a Muslim perform this prayer? To answer this question, below is a general overview of the guidelines for fasting the month of Ramadan.
A month of gratitude and forgiveness
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayra that
“The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The blessed month of Ramadaan has come to you. Allah azza wa jalla has made it obligatory for you to observe his fast. In it the gates of heaven are opened. Then the gates of hell will be closed. In it the arbitrary devils are chained. In it is the night of Allah, which is better than a thousand nights. Whoever is deprived of the good of that night is indeed deprived. ' (Narrated by al-Nasa'i and al-Bayhaqi.)
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayra that
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah said, “All the deeds of the son of Adam are for himself, only fasting is for Me, and I will give him his reward. He is the keeper of fasting. When any one of you is fasting, let him not speak of obscenity or shout. If anyone wants to insult or hit him, say I am fasting. I swear by the One in Whose hand is Muhammad's soul that the smell of the mouth of the fasting person is more fragrant in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. There are two joys to fasting. May he live both. When he breaks his fast, he rejoices, and when he communicates with his Lord, he rejoices in his fast. (Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim, Nasai and Ahmad.)
The pillars of fasting
The condition for the authenticity of fasting depends on its two pillars. They are: intention - to decide to fast in order to obey Allah in the heart and to draw closer to Him, to eat and drink from dawn to dusk, and to abstain from sexual intercourse.
Mustahabs of fasting
1. Breakfast. His intention is to get up in the morning and eat and drink during the day with the intention of fasting. Ibn Munzir said that the scholars agreed that it was sunnah to break the fast. The fact that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) fasted without breaking the fast does not mean that it is obligatory. By breaking the fast, believers differ from the People of the Book. Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. Even if you take a sip of water, it is considered to be sahar. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, 'Have breakfast, for there is blessing in breakfast.' (Muttafaqun alayh).
2. Making breakfast close to dawn. Zayd ibn Thabit said, "We had breakfast with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." Then he got up to pray. I said, "How long is it between dawn and the adhan?" I asked. He said, "Fifty verses." (Narrated by Muslim).
The closer breakfast is to dawn, the better. Just don’t delay until dawn. He who wakes up later will be rewarded more, and he who walks during the day will be rewarded. When a person who is eating and drinking feels that it is dawn, he stops eating and fasting. Knowing that time is running out, eating and drinking can be an excuse to be careless. It is also sunnah to close one's mouth long before dawn, for example, an hour before, as a precaution.
3. Making Iftar earlier. It is necessary to open the mouth immediately after it is clear that the sun has set. I prefer to open my mouth with something sweet and wet. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The sooner people break their fast, the better they will always be.” (Muttafaqun alayh). Anas (ra) said: "Even if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had water, he would not have performed the evening prayer until he opened his mouth." (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi).
4. Praying at Iftar. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) opened his mouth, he used to pray: “Thirst is quenched, the veins are wet and the reward is fixed, insha'Allah.” (Reported by Imam Bukhari).
Ibn 'Umar said, "O Allah, I ask You for Your mercy, which is greater than all, to forgive my sins." (Narrated by Ibn Majah).
5. Giving iftar to those who are fasting.
6. Performing ghusl before junub, which is performed during junub, menstruation and nifaas.
7. To restrain tongues and bodies from excessive speech and action.
8. Abandoning things that do not break the fast but are pleasurable.
9. Generosity to family members and relatives. Increasing donations to the widows and the poor.
10. Recitation of the Qur'an, conversations of knowledge, dhikr and recitation.
Makrooh deeds for the fasting person
1. Taste and chew something without an excuse. Because things like this can lead to breaking the fast.
2. Chewing gum that has no substance to taste in the mouth. They think the person who did this is open-mouthed.
3. Things that arouse lust, such as hugging, kissing, and holding.
4.. Even if they do not have the confidence to refrain from sexual intercourse, they should touch each other's (the couple's) limbs.
5. Intentionally collecting saliva in the mouth and swallowing it.
6. Doing things like shaving with something like a sharp razor that causes the fasting person to weaken.
Things that are not makrooh for the fasting person
1. Apply something fragrant to the mustache.
2. Put the slide.
3. Bleeding if you are sure of fatigue or loss of strength.
4. Doing miswak in the morning.
5. Rinse mouth and nose.
6. Ghusl.
7. Wrap in a damp cloth to cool.
Things that do not break the fast
1. Forgetting fasting, eating, drinking, having sex.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If a fasting person forgets his fast and eats something, what he eats is the sustenance given by Allaah, and he does not make up the missed fasts.” When he remembers fasting while eating or drinking, he stops eating and takes out the bite from his mouth. Even if he remembers his fast, if he continues to eat and drink, or if he chews the bite in his mouth, he will need expiation. A person who has sexual intercourse should divorce by remembering his fast. If he persists after that, his fast will be broken.
2. If a person who forgets his fast and eats is so hungry or thirsty that he cannot bear it until iftar, he will not be reminded that he is fasting. When it is clear that he has the strength to endure before Iftar, he is reminded of his fast.
3. If a man or a woman loses his semen as a result of staring at the place of lust or thinking of things that arouse lust (for a long time), his fast will not be broken, even if he is a sinner. If the day becomes probable, even if he remains junub until evening, his fast will not be broken.
4. If a drop of medicine, paint or rubbing is applied to the eye, the fast will not be broken, even if the taste of the rubbed is felt.
5. If he bleeds, his fast will not be broken.
6. If he does miswak, his fast will not be broken.
7. Fasting does not break the oil (color) sursa on the hair.
8. If he does ghusl or wraps himself in a wet cloth to cool down, his fast will not be broken.
9. If he gossips or intends to break his fast, he will not break his fast.
10. If smoke, dust or flies enter a fasting person without his consent, the fast will not be broken. But if he remembers his fast and smells something fragrant, his fast will be broken.
11. Fasting cannot be broken if he has not gritted his teeth and swallowed blood or medicine.
12. If water, oil or medicine is injected into a man's penis, his fast will not be broken. If water enters the ear, digs the ear, takes the dirt from the stick that digs the ear, and digs the ear with the same stick again, the fast will not be broken. But it’s better not to do things like that.
13. With the entry or exit of sputum or nasal water, the fast is not broken even if it is swallowed and swallowed.
14. If he is forced to vomit involuntarily, nor does he vomit when his mouth is full and then returns to his stomach, he will not break the fast. Even if he puts his finger in his throat and vomits without filling his mouth, the fast will not be broken.
15. If he swallows something smaller than the point left between his teeth, his fast will not be broken.
16. Swallowing the taste of something left in the mouth with one's saliva does not break the fast.
17. Fasting cannot be broken by anointing Zakar with oil.
18. If you put small things like sedan and sesame seeds in your mouth and chew them without swallowing them until the taste disappears, the fast will not be broken.
19. Fasting is not broken by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

Now I will intercede for him." he says. Then their intercession will be accepted. " (Narrated by Ahmad).
The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah will make Hell a distance of one hundred and seventy years for a person who fasts one day in the way of Allaah. (Narrated by all the hadith scholars except Imam Abu Dawud).
