Allah swears in the Qur'an: "By the fig tree and by the olive tree" (Surat at-Tin, 1). Throughout the surah, he said that he created man in the most beautiful form. Most of us are unaware of the benefits of consuming figs and olives. There are many more benefits to the human body of eating these two fruits together than of eating them separately. Together they have the following benefits:
1. Reduces the amount of cholesterol in the blood;
2. Increases women's chances of having children;
3. Helps keep the human body in a beautiful, long-lasting condition;
4. Reduces the symptoms of aging;
5. Easy to use as feed;
6. It causes the cells to perform their function perfectly;
7. Increases the ability to work, gives strength to the body;
8. An effective remedy against impotence in men;
9. Strengthens the heart;
10. Fights mental illness. It makes it easier for a person to control himself mentally and so on.
Toha Ibrahim, head of the Medicinal Plants and Herbs Department at Al-Azhar University, says: A group of Japanese scholars conducted an experiment to study the wisdom of Surat al-Tiyn. It was figs and olives that were discovered to be rich in a substance called METHALONIDS. This substance is actively excreted in the human body from 15 to 35 years. After the age of 40, the secretion of this substance decreases. Have you ever wondered how the mention of these two fruits is related to the fact that the human body was created in the most beautiful form as it came throughout the surah?
Japanese scientists have found that the effect of the substance METHALONIDS present in figs is only active when mixed with olives. They discovered that the best level of exposure is when consumed with 1 fig, 7 olives, the level of exposure to the substances in it is equal.
Interestingly, the word "fig" is mentioned 1 time in the Qur'an and "olive" 7 times. 6 times exactly with the word olive, 7 times "And a tree (olive) that grows out of Turi Sina (we created), it grows by feeding on oil and eaters." (Surat al-Mu'minun, 20) Eating these fruits together will always lead to a healthier, younger look.
