About Murad Muhammad Dost: life, works, activities, biography, detailed information

Murod Muhammad Dost was born in 1948 in the village of Jam near Samarkand. He studied at the National University of Uzbekistan, and then at the Institute of Literature in Moscow.
He worked at the Uzbekfilm film studio, the Sharq Yulduzi magazine, the Uzbek National News Agency, and the Uzbekkino State Joint-Stock Company.
His work dates back to the 70s, "Where are you, the sound of joy?" The first collection of short stories was published in 1976. After that, the author's stories such as "Mustafa", "Resignation", "In the steppes", "One of the old men", "Blood of a mare" were published. In 1983, the story "Return to Galatepa" was published. The author wrote Lolazor (1988), a novel about the spiritual, economic, and political decline of the recession. He was awarded the State Prize in 1999 for this work.
Murad Muhammad Dost's story "Return to Galatepa" attracted the attention of the demanding scientific and literary community. Gaybarov in it is the image of a new world, a new thinker, which has not yet been found in literature. In the novel "Lolazor" there are signs that the communist ideology, which began to erode from the blade of this new way of thinking, is in decline, and the light of independence is burning.
