SITUATIONS PREVENTING MARRIAGE.
📄 According to Article 16 of the Family Code, marriage is not allowed in the following cases:
👉 if one of the spouses is in another marriage; (That is, if he is not legally married to someone else)
👉 if the parties to be married are relatives who are closely related by genealogy, if the marriage is between biological and half-brothers and sisters, as well as between adopters and adoptees. if a marriage is being concluded between;
👉 if one of the spouses has been found incompetent by the court due to mental illness.
