1. Absence of breakfast
Missing breakfast has a negative effect on a person's tone and ability to work during the day. This may seem obvious, but it's not just about consuming the energy the body needs. Maybe it’s about not having breakfast to lower your blood sugar. This, in turn, makes it harder for nutrients to reach the brain.

2. Excess sugar
The previous section explains why they recommend consuming sweets, especially bitter chocolate, for the brain to function effectively. However, excessive amounts of sugar cause problems in the assimilation of protein and nutrients. The result is the same as low blood sugar: nutrients do not reach the brain.

3. Stress
Strong psychoemotional stress leads to disruption of connections between neurons and makes it difficult to understand cause-and-effect relationships and the sequence of events. This is due to the strong nervous excitement and the feeling that everything is spilling out of his hand. Accumulated stress impairs memory and reduces intellectual potential.
