HOW MUCH IS THE PERIOD OF APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES?
⚡️According to the law, (https://lex.uz/docs/97664) it is established that the administrative punishment can be applied not later than one year from the day the offense was committed, and for ongoing offenses, no later than one year from the day the offense was discovered.
✏️ What does this mean? For example, if you have committed an administrative offense, an administrative penalty must be applied to you by the competent authority within one year. That body (whichever body it is) does not have the authority to say whether 1 year will pass, XNUMX years will pass, or XNUMX years will not pass.
