1. Early marriage (under 18) and immediate childbearing should be avoided.

2. Marriage between relatives (whether mother-in-law, father-in-law, future bride or groom) should not be allowed.

3. You and your spouse’s close relatives should go through genetic counseling to determine if you have a hereditary disease, congenital disability - and whether it has a negative impact on the health of your future children.

4. If there is such a risk, you should consult a medical professional and undergo a special examination to acknowledge that your fetus is healthy during pregnancy.

5. Every woman should seek professional advice on whether her health is compatible with childcare activities. Otherwise, some groups of mothers kill themselves for having children.

6. The age difference between the children should be at least 3 years, because the mother's body must recover after pregnancy and childbirth, return to normal, fully self-sufficient. However, another important issue is that the baby should be fed with breast milk.
If the above is not taken into account, the next child may not be as healthy as expected, and the previous child may suffer from various diseases due to insufficient breast milk, his love and care.

7. Women should not become pregnant in the last years of the reproductive (childbearing) period and should refrain from having children.

8. A woman is protected from various stressful situations during pregnancy, alcohol, nicotine drugs, certain types of labor, various viral, infectious diseases, attacks of chronic diseases (if any), which can adversely affect the fetus during labor. and it is recommended to avoid certain diseases that adversely affect the fetus and the course of pregnancy, including gynecological diseases, eating, rest, sleep disorders, radiation, chemicals.
