📌Headaches that occur after stress or physical exertion can be stopped in a few simple ways:
🌬Ventilate the room well. Lie down and close your eyes. Being in this position in a quiet or dark room for 15 minutes will help relieve the pain
❄️Cold compress. Put a few drops of mint or a tablespoon of lavender in a bowl of cold water, moisten a towel, and then put it on your forehead.
💆♀️Gently massage your scalp. Continue light stroking movements from the forehead to the back of the head, up to the ears. Then massage the shoulders.
